Frequently Asked Questions

1. Q: How do I go about ordering assessments on the website?

A: You need to click on “Shop” and purchase a subscription for the grades offered at the school at which you teach and the language/s (English or Afrikaans or English and Afrikaans) in which subjects are taught at your school. You will then be directed to the Cart, where you will need to provide the information required to register.

A: Once you have purchased a subscription, Teacher911 will call the school at which you teach and verify that you are an educator at the school and that the information for the subscription that you have purchased is correct i.e. the grades offered at the school and the language/s in which subjects are taught at your school.

Once the information is verified, you will receive an e-mail advising you that your access to the Teacher911 site has been approved. 13. Q: Are Assessment911 assessments moderated?

A: To keep the cost of assessments as low as they are, no, the assessments are not externally moderated. We do try and keep mistakes to the minimum. It is the educator, who is purchasing the assessments, responsibility to moderate the assessment and fix small (mostly punctuation) mistakes.  Any major mistakes can be referred back to us via email and we will ask the relevant examiner for comments.

If the educator is unwilling to do moderation, the choice is still his/hers to set his/her own assessments.
